Portman Recruitment is currently supporting a brand-new children's residential provider in Trafford and we are looking to speak with experienced and passionate Residential Support Workers.

You'll be joining a service with an experienced and supportive senior leadership team already in place, including a highly experienced Registered Manager and leadership team who are committed to creating a positive culture for both staff and young people. There will also be experienced Senior Support Workers on shift to provide guidance, mentoring and day-to-day support, ensuring you are never left feeling unsupported.
We are keen to speak with candidates who have:
Experience working within children's residential care
A genuine passion for supporting young people
Knowledge of safeguarding and positive behaviour support
A flexible and reliable approach to work
Level 3 qualification (desirable but not essential depending on experience)
A full UK driving license is desirable
