New 4-Bed Childrens Residential Home
up to £16.50 per hour | 3648 hours per week
We are working with a new client who is opening a brand-new 4-bed childrens residential home and is looking to build an experienced, committed staff team.
We would love to hear from experienced children's residential professionals interested in the following opportunities:
- Residential Support Worker £13.50 per hour
- Senior Residential Support Worker / Team Leader £14.50 per hour
- Deputy Manager £16.50 per hour
Contracts of 3648 hours per week are available, depending on the position and availability.

Residential Support Worker £13.50 per hour
We are recruiting experienced Residential Support Workers to become part of the new team, supporting young people to feel safe, secure and supported within their home.
Essential requirements
- NVQ Level 3 qualification relevant to Children's Residential Care
- Previous experience working within a children's residential setting
- Comfortable working 12-hour day and night shifts
- A genuine commitment to supporting children and young people
- Good understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries
- Driving licence is desirable but NOT essential
You will work as part of the residential team to provide a safe, stable and supportive home environment while helping young people develop their confidence, independence and life skills. xgikmsk
Senior Residential Support Worker / Team Leader £14.50 per hour
This is an excellent opportunity for someone already operating at Senior Residential Support Worker or Team Leader level who wants to join a new service from the beginning and progress with a growing organisation.
We're looking for
- Previous children's residential care experience
- Level 3 qualification relevant to Residential Childcare
