The Role
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join an established care team.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their clinical, physical and emotional needs are met while promoting dignity, independence and choice.
This would suit an RGN who enjoys working within a person-centred care environment and is looking to join a supportive and well-established service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective and person-centred nursing care.
- Assess residents' needs and develop, implement and review individual care plans.
- Administer medication safely and in accordance with relevant policies and NMC standards.
- Monitor residents' health and respond appropriately to changes in their condition.
- Undertake clinical observations and nursing procedures as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
- Support residents with complex and long-term health conditions.
- Liaise with GPs, community nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals.
