Portman Recruitment are working with an established children's residential care provider in Liverpool who are looking to recruit an experienced and resilient Residential Support Worker. The home supports young people with complex additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities and communication difficulties. The young people can display behaviours of concern, so the client needs somebody who is calm, patient, confident and able to build trusting relationships over time. The client's own advert confirms that support is highly individualised, with 2:1 staffing in place for the young people currently living within the home.
