Working in our client's Children's Homes means being a part of a young person's day-to-day life. This means being there for the highest highs and lowest lows. Our client's Team Leaders enable young people to regain their childhood and create pathways to become well-rounded adults – an incredibly rewarding role to have. Our client's homes accommodate young people with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, with the aim of creating the best possible outcomes for every young person in their care. You'll play a key role in supporting young people day to day, ensuring the home runs smoothly while helping to create positive experiences and lasting memories. As a Team Leader, you'll also support and guide the staff team, ensuring the home continues to operate to the highest standards. You'll be prepared to deputise for the Registered and Deputy Managers when required.
We're looking for someone who can build strong, trusting relationships with young people. Compassionate, emotionally resilient and supportive, you'll also have the leadership skills to motivate and inspire your colleagues.
What our client offers:
- Salary: Base salary of £35,400 - £42,664
- Bonuses: Up to 3 sleep-ins per month paid at £80 per sleep (approximately £2,880 per year)

To be successful, you'll need:

- A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
