Total package: Up to £79,185 (8-bed children's home) PLUS a long-term incentive bonus of 30% of salary accrued each year.

Working in our client's Children’s Homes means being a part of a young person's day-to-day life. This means being there for the highest highs and lowest lows. As a Registered Manager, you'll ensure the home provides a secure, safe and nurturing environment where both your team and the young people can thrive. There will be challenges along the way, but there will also be the smallest moments that feel like huge victories.

Our client's homes support young people with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, with the aim of achieving the very best outcomes. Their holistic approach ensures every aspect of a young person's development is supported, with multidisciplinary teams including Psychologists, Occupational Therapists and other clinical professionals working together to deliver positive outcomes.

By managing the day-to-day operations of the home and maintaining compliance with Ofsted standards, you'll help young people regain their childhood and create pathways towards becoming well-rounded adults. You'll play an active role in assessing new referrals and will have the opportunity to lead a high-quality children's home, ensuring young people receive the care, stability and support they deserve.

  • Salary: Base salary of £54,997 - £68,441
  • Annual Performance Bonus: 10% of salary (reviewed annually)

What we're looking for:

  • Experience managing an Ofsted-rated Good or Outstanding children’s home
  • A committed, enthusiastic leader with a genuine passion for improving the lives of young people
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
  • A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
