Salary: Up to £60,000 (+£5,000 Welcome Bonus)

A really exciting opportunity for a Senior Registered Manager to join our clients new 2 bed home opening in Wisbech. This home supports Children and Young People who have gone through complex trauma or exploitation. Your team will support the CYP through Trauma-informed care and a Therapeutic model. This is a unique service that receives weekly clinical support, from an in-house Therapist and Psychologist as well as our Specialist Advisors who can support up-skilling your teams knowledge.

Your Role as a Senior Registered Manager:

  • Lead with compassion and integrity, ensuring children receive outstanding care, support and guidance tailored to their individual needs.
  • Be the voice and advocate for both your team and the children, creating a home where safety, respect and aspirations thrive.
  • Empower your team to deliver therapeutic, child-centred care that leads to real, lasting outcomes.
  • Build a home culture that is warm, inclusive, and resilient, where young people feel safe, valued and inspired.
  • Oversee all operational aspects, including safeguarding, care planning, compliance, and team development.
  • Mentor and develop staff, cultivating future leaders through coaching, supervision and training (including QCF Level 3 facilitation).
  • Lead service development, budget management and continuous improvement across all areas of home performance.

Your skills:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience working as a Registered Manager.
  • Achieved Level 5 Diploma in leadership for Health and Social Care services (Children and Young Peoples management qualification).
  • Experience working with complex trauma.
  • Strong knowledge of legislation and safeguarding procedures such as The Children Act 1989, Children's home regulations.
  • Experience of budgets and financial management.
  • Full driving licence is essential.
