Salary: £25,500 - £26,900 per annum

Additional Earnings: £3,000 - £9,000 per year from sleep-ins

Hours: 08:00 - 22:00, 39 hours per week (long day shifts plus sleep-ins)

Contract: Full-time, temporary with the opportunity to become permanent

Driving Licence: Full UK Driving Licence required

About the Role

We are recruiting full-time Childrens Residential Support Workers to join residential homes across the Rotherham area. You will be supporting children and young people with severe learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs within a safe, structured, and family-style environment. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference, helping young people feel secure, valued, and supported to live positive and fulfilling lives.

No Experience Needed

Previous experience isn't essential. Full training and support is provided, including:

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence

  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including sleep-ins
  • Ability to build professional and supportive relationships with young people
  • Makaton or BSL skills are desirable but not essential
