- Supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
- Leading, motivating, and developing a dedicated care team

What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years experience in a residential childrens home (Senior or Deputy level)
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children & Young People
- Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations & safeguarding
- Experience with rotas and budgets
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
