About the Role
As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, therapeutic care within a safe and nurturing home. Working alongside the Registered Manager and a team of skilled professionals, you'll help create a positive environment where young people can thrive emotionally, socially, and developmentally. You'll also take on leadership responsibilities, guiding and supporting junior team members while ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently maintained.
