up to £16.50 per hour | 3648 hours per week
We are working with a new client who is opening a brand-new 4-bed childrens residential home and is looking to build an experienced, committed staff team.
We would love to hear from experienced children's residential professionals interested in the following opportunities:
Residential Support Worker £13.50 per hour
Senior Residential Support Worker / Team Leader £14.50 per hour
Deputy Manager £16.50 per hour
Contracts of 3648 hours per week are available, depending on the position and availability.

Residential Support Worker £13.50 per hour We are recruiting experienced Residential Support Workers to become part of the new team, supporting young people to feel safe, secure and supported within their home.
Essential requirements NVQ Level 3 qualification relevant to Children's Residential Care
Previous experience working within a children's residential setting
Comfortable working 12-hour day and night shifts
A genuine commitment to supporting children and young people
Good understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries
Driving licence is desirable but NOT essential
You will work as part of the residential team to provide a safe, stable and supportive home environment while helping young people develop their confidence, independence and life skills.
Senior Residential Support Worker / Team Leader £14.50 per hour This is an excellent opportunity for someone already operating at Senior Residential Support Worker or Team Leader level who wants to join a new service from the beginning and progress with a growing organisation.
We're looking for Previous children's residential care experience
Level 3 qualification relevant to Residential Childcare
Previous experience at Senior or Team Leader level
Confidence supporting, guiding and leading members of the staff team
Strong safeguarding knowledge and a child-centred approach
Ability to work 12-hour day and night shifts
Driving licence is desirable but not essential
You'll take a more senior role within the home, supporting colleagues on shift and helping ensure consistently high standards of care for the young people.
Deputy Manager £16.50 per hour We are also looking to speak with experienced children's residential professionals regarding an exciting Deputy Manager opportunity .
The successful candidate will work closely with the Registered Manager, helping to lead the staff team and support the effective day-to-day running of the home.
We're looking for someone with Strong children's residential care experience
Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare or equivalent
Senior or management experience within a children's home
Experience supporting and leading residential staff
A good understanding of safeguarding and residential childcare practice
The ability to support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the service
Flexibility to work across the needs of the home
Applications are welcomed from existing Deputy Managers , as well as experienced Team Leaders/Senior Residential Support Workers ready to take the next step into management .
