Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + £5,000 annual profit share + £2,000 Good Ofsted bonus (£42,000 - £50,000 for candidates working towards Level 5)

We are seeking a passionate and driven Registered Manager to lead our established Ofsted-registered 5-bed EBD children's home in Ilford (currently 1 young person placed).
About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will lead the home to deliver outstanding, person-centred care while ensuring full compliance with Ofsted and regulatory standards. You will be responsible for safeguarding, quality, staff leadership, financial performance, and business development, with a clear focus on achieving and maintaining at least a Good Ofsted rating. You will also participate in the managers out-of-hours on-call rota.

- Deliver high-quality, outcome-focused childcare
- Inspire, develop and manage staff performance
- Oversee financial viability and occupancy

Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
- Minimum Level 3 in Residential Childcare
- Experience as a Deputy Manager
- Meets Regulation 28 requirements (Children's Homes Regulations 2015)
- Strong leadership, communication and commercial skills
