Our client is looking for full-time Childrens Residential Support Workers to join their team in Liverpool, working within family-style residential homes. You will be supporting children and young people with severe learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
This is a rewarding role where you will play a vital part in helping young people live happy, fulfilling lives in a safe, loving, and supportive home environment.
- Previous experience in managing children within residential settings is required.
- Ongoing training, coaching, and development.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children and young people.
- Provide some personal care where required.
- Caring, flexible, and resilient attitude.
- Willingness to work shifts, including sleep-ins.
- Ability to build supportive and professional relationships with young people.
- Makaton or BSL skills are desirable but not essential.
