Location: Liverpool

Hours: 08:00-22:00, 39 hours per week (long day shifts plus sleep ins)

Contract: Full-time, temporary contract with the opportunity to become permanent

Driving Licence: Full UK Driving Licence required

Our client is looking for full-time Childrens Residential Support Workers to join their team in Liverpool, working within family-style residential homes. You will be supporting children and young people with severe learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

This is a rewarding role where you will play a vital part in helping young people live happy, fulfilling lives in a safe, loving, and supportive home environment.

  • Previous experience in managing children within residential settings is required.
  • Ongoing training, coaching, and development.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with children and young people.
  • Provide some personal care where required.
  • Caring, flexible, and resilient attitude.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including sleep-ins.
  • Ability to build supportive and professional relationships with young people.
  • Makaton or BSL skills are desirable but not essential.
