About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Deputy Children's Home Manager or a strong Senior Residential Support Worker who is ready to take the next step in their career.
The home provides a therapeutic, warm and caring environment for three vulnerable young people, supporting them to come to terms with their past experiences and prepare for their futures.
As Deputy Manager, you will be an integral part of a welcoming and knowledgeable leadership team. You will also form part of a wider regional network of children's homes within a growing national organisation.
You will be encouraged to contribute your ideas, bring your own skills to the role and help influence the continued development of the service.
Our client will support you to achieve a Level 5 qualification, develop into a future leader and take on additional responsibilities that will give you the confidence and experience to manage the home when required.
The organisation wants every member of its team to feel supported to become the best version of themselves. When staff thrive, so do the children in their care.
You will have access to specialist clinical advisers who will work alongside you to achieve positive outcomes for the young people and deliver high-quality, child-centred support.
Our client has also developed its own therapeutic model of care. As a member of the regional leadership team, you will play an active role in shaping and developing this approach.
