• Typical shift pattern is 40 hours a week, 08:00 – 17:00
• Free on-site parking and good transport links

Maidenhead Dental & Implant are a private dental practice that has played a central role in Maidenhead since 1948, providing specialist dental service to individual patients and families. Our mission is to change the way dentistry is delivered to patients, ensuring that we offer you the very best personal care as an individual.

About you

We welcome your application if you have management or Lead Dental Nurse experience within a dental setting. Other industries such as healthcare or commercial (e.g., retail / hospitality) will also be considered.

• Experience of working with financial records, to include P&L, KPIs and budget planning
• Experience of managing a team including knowledge of HR processes and compliance
• The ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive, proactive approach
