Reporting to Head of Brand & Creative: The role is responsible for producing high quality digital and print collateral across the breadth of the Group.
Key Responsibilities:You will take ownership of delivering design and creative content in support of the wider business needs. In support of the Head of Brand & Creative, you will aid in applying/championing design standards in all outputs across the business, raising the quality of both internal and external brand touchpoints. You will own the upkeep and iteration of a broad range of high-quality digital and print collateral across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Training, Operational and Compliance teams including:
- Digital Graphics:
- Email headers
- Website hero, feature and icon graphics
- Display ads (PPC)
- PowerPoint Training Slides
- Internal Documents and Staff Messaging (Operational/ Compliance / Sales)
- Portman House (Drawings and Layouts)
- Print Design:
- Direct Mail
- Advertising
- Business Cards
- Video and Motion-graphics (contribution to):
- Display Ads (PPC)
- Events
- AI Video Content
- Branding
- Partnerships and sector branded collateral
- Internal product branding
- Sourcing and branding of company merchandise
Core Skills Required:
- Proficient in the use of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator, PowerPoint, AI content generation
- Good creative eye, whilst recognising the need to focus on the customer and core marketing objectives
