Job Description: If you\’re a Receptionist looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment, look no further than Carbis Bay Dental Care in St Ives, Cornwall. Full-time hours available, 40 hours per week over 5 days. Typical shifts are Monday to Friday.
About you

- Previous front of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this is not essential)
- A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised
- The ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues and highly motivated to offer a warm and welcoming environment

Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage front-of-house duties including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and handling enquiries
- Maintain reception area and ensure smooth patient flow
- Process payments and manage appointment-related administration
- Collaborate with the dental team to support patient care and clinic operations
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and infection control procedures
