We’relookingfor a motivated and people-focusedPractice Managerto join ourfabulous teamat Harley Street Dental and Implant Clinic in London.
- Full-time hours available,40 hours per week over 5 days, with occasional Saturday working
- Competitive hourly rate
- 14 surgery fully private practice, with specialisms includingprosthodontics, endodontics, periodonticsand oral surgery, in addition to general dentistry
- Harley Street Dental & Implant Clinic isthe oldest private practice in England and was established in 1924 - it's situated on the site of Florence Nightingale Hospital before she left for the Crimean War
- Large team of around 50 colleagues, all of whom with a passion for delivering exceptional care and support to patients

About you
We’d love to receive your application to our Practice Manager vacancy if you have the followingskills and experience:
- Strong leadership experience in dentistry or a similarservice-focused background in private healthcare
- Experience leading a team of circa 50 colleagues, with different working patterns and backgrounds
- Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best
- Confident working with data and finances (P&L, KPIs, budgets)
- Focused ondelivering operational excellence: fromfully-functioningequipment and facilities, toa compliant, process-driven practice team
