Practice Manager, Arndale Manchester City Centre Full-time Contract Type: Permanent Location: Manchester – Ocean Dental City Centre Vacancy Type: Practice Manager Department: Practices – North If you\’re a patient-focused Practice Manager looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment, consider Arndale Dental and Implant in Manchester . 40 hours per week (flexible on days and shifts) Monday – Friday, 8.30 to 5.30pm Cover 1 Saturday per month with a day off in the week Good transport links – the practice is within the Arndale Centre At Arndale Dental in Manchester City Centre , you\’ll work within a small, friendly team environment. Located in the Boots Store within a modern 4-surgery practice, you\’ll have the opportunity to support clinicians in delivering excellent patient care. We welcome applications from candidates with management or Lead Dental Nurse experience in a dental setting. Experience from healthcare or commercial sectors (retail/hospitality) will also be considered. Effective communication and leadership skills Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, billing, and patient records Develop policies to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction Oversee financial operations such as budgeting and reporting Recruit, train, and supervise staff Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations Collaborate with healthcare providers for patient care and practice growth Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts Implement quality assurance programs Analyze practice performance and develop improvement strategies Handle patient complaints professionally What do you get in return?
