The Bay Dental Practice are looking for a Dental Therapist to join their team. We are a well-established local practice, with an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding service and care to both our loyal patients. Located close to the town centre, The Bay Dental is a modern, fully private practice attracting patients from across Cornwall and beyond. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional preventative, cosmetic, and restorative treatments in a welcoming, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Routine check-ups and hygiene appointments
- Full use of your therapist scope, including Direct Access appointments
- Restorative treatments on primary and permanent teeth
- Tooth extractions (as per scope)
- Preventative dental care and treatment of gum disease
- Providing high-quality patient care and education
- Supporting long-term oral health
- Building and maintaining a loyal patient list
