We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Cleaner to join our team in Newmarket. As a Practice Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment for our patients and staff. Typical shifts are Monday to Friday, 4 hours per week - flexible hours available. Competitive salary from £ per hour.
About you:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the practice.
- Clean and disinfect examination rooms, waiting areas, restrooms, and staff areas.
- Properly handle and dispose of medical waste according to established protocols.
- Maintain and organise cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Adhere to infection control and hygiene standards specific to healthcare settings.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks as needed.
