About the Role
- Location: Victoria Park Dental Practice, Glasgow
- Start date: Flexible – ASAP preferred
- Days: Mondays & Saturday
You will play a key role in delivering preventive dental care and helping our patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health.
What You’ll Do
- Carry out comprehensive hygiene appointments tailored to each patient’s needs
- Provide clear patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Work closely with dentists and the wider clinical team to deliver personalised treatment plans
- Keep detailed and accurate patient records
- Ensure strict compliance with infection control and safety standards
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in dental hygiene through ongoing CPD
What We’re Looking For
- Recognised qualification in Dental Hygiene
- Current GDC registration
- Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist (private and/or NHS)
- Strong knowledge of preventive dentistry and patient education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative team player with empathy and patience
- Proficiency in using intraoral scanners and dental practice management software (desirable)
- Commitment to delivering the highest standards of care
