This opportunity is on a fixed-term basis (12 months maternity cover).
At this fully private dental practice, our highly qualified clinicians deliver the latest techniques and materials to provide comfortable and comprehensive dental care. We offer a range of preventative and cosmetic dentistry services, including hygienist services, dental implants, teeth whitening, Invisalign, and other treatments.
About you
We welcome applications from those with management or Lead Dental Nurse experience within a dental setting. Candidates from other industries such as healthcare, retail, or hospitality will also be considered.
Experience working with financial records, including P&L, KPIs, and budget planning, is desirable.
Experience managing a team, with knowledge of HR processes and compliance, is preferred.
You should have the ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead with a positive, proactive approach.
