Join us at PortmanDentex as our Health, Safety & Fire Specialist and play a key role in creating safe, supportive environments where our teams can thrive and our patients receive exceptional care. As the first point of contact for health and safety queries, you’ll provide friendly, practical advice, support incident investigations, and keep essential administration running seamlessly. If you’re someone who enjoys helping others, thrives on collaboration, and wants to grow your career in a caring, people-first organisation, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact at PortmanDentex.

- A solid understanding of UK health and safety legislation and compliance frameworks, including the Health and Safety at Work Act, COSHH, RIDDOR and CQC requirements.
- Hands-on experience carrying out incident investigations, completing risk assessments and using data to spot trends and drive improvement.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to keep centralised documents and records clear, accurate and easy to navigate.
- Great communication skills, with the confidence to present information and insights to senior leaders in a way that’s clear, engaging and meaningful.
- Comfortable using IT systems and highly proficient in Excel, with the ability to turn data into simple, visually appealing reports that help others understand what matters.
