Specialist or DWSI in Endodontics - Rosconnor Specialist Dentistry, Ballymoney

Our fabulous practice Rosconnor Specialist Dentistry clinic in Ballymoney has an opportunity for a GDC registered Specialist or Dentist with a special interest in Endodontics to join the team.

Start Date: January 2026, however we can be flexible for the right candidate.

Role: Experienced Clinician required for this role due to a clinician leaving the practice.

Days and Hours: Surgery space available 3 x days per week.

We are looking for an experienced General Dentist or a Specialist in Endodontics. Our team includes highly respected registered Dental Specialists and advanced skilled Dentists. The patient base consists of patients who have been referred from all over Northern Ireland.

We have an excellent, long-standing reputation and state of the art equipment. Rosconnor Specialist Dentistry offers a wide range of specialist dental referral services out of our 2 specialist clinics in Derry and Ballymoney. We receive dental referrals from a large number of referring practices across Northern Ireland.

Our Clinics are smart, modern, well run and well equipped. We have everything you will need to practise your dentistry at specialist level including fully computerised systems, CBCT scanners, microscopes, intraoral cameras, sedation facilities, etc. We have experienced support teams in both locations including practice manager, treatment coordinators and qualified nurses who ensure our dentists can focus on delivering the best clinical outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Valid dental qualification recognised in the United Kingdom
• Current registration with the General Dental Council (GDC)
• Proven experience in general dentistry, with a track record of providing high-quality patient care
• Excellent clinical skills and proficiency in a comprehensive range of dental treatments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex procedures to patients in a clear and empathetic manner
• Dedication to continuous learning and professional development
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to maintaining accurate patient records
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Desirable: Membership or willingness to join the British Dental Association Good Practice Scheme
