The Payroll Coordinator oversees the monthly payroll operations, ensuring each step is executed correctly. You\’ll be part of a team that fosters a culture of best practice and consistency in all administrative areas, delivering high-quality service to our practices across the group. We are a tight-knit, collaborative, and supportive team of four, working under a Payroll Manager to manage payroll for 4,500 employees across three outsourced providers with diverse setups.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the monthly payroll operations.
  • Ensure accurate execution of payroll processes.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a payroll-focused role.
  • Understanding of payroll processes and best practices.
  • Experience with a multi-site client base.
