As a Chef de Partie at Portland, you will take ownership of a section within the kitchen and play an important role in delivering the consistent quality our guests expect. Working closely with the Head Chef and senior team, you will help ensure that every dish leaving the kitchen reflects the care, attention to detail and ingredient‑led approach that defines Portland. Our menus change frequently, meaning you will constantly be working with new seasonal produce and developing your understanding of ingredients, techniques and flavour. This role is ideal for chefs who are curious, motivated and eager to continue learning in a Michelin‑starred kitchen.
