From our central London office, we work with private clients, trustees, funds and family offices to manage their residential property portfolios and fulfil their requirements with expertise and discretion. In doing so, we create time for our clients and increase their returns by delivering an unrivalled management service that removes risk, keeps projects on time and to budget and provides a professionally regulated reporting routine.

Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our team and provide support across two key areas:

  • Lettings Administration
  • Property Management

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in prime central London residential property. Whilst a minimum of 1 year of experience is preferred, candidates with no prior experience will be considered — full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Property Management: Assist with day-to-day management of luxury rental properties. Coordinate tenant communications and handle queries. Manage maintenance and repairs, both pre-planned and reactive. Monitoring rent collection with the support of the accounts team and arrears management. Property inspections.
  • Lettings Administration: Tenant and Landlord liaison. Ensuring all compliance documentation is maintained and up to date. Tenancy Administration including the processing new applications, conducting referencing, carrying out Right to Rent checks, preparing tenancy agreements, deposit registrations and check in/out reports. Arranging property marketing with appropriate agents.
  • General: Maintain organised records and ensure timely follow-ups. Contribute to a positive and collaborative office environment. Ability to build strong relationships with a range of clients and suppliers. Flexibility – each day will throw up unexpected challenges, and a successful candidate will have the capacity to react quickly and efficiently to these. Strong team working abilities. Ability to manage their own work stream with good attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills & organisational skills.
