The Team
Our Healthcare and Life Sciences team is a group of trusted advisors to the world's most influential healthcare and scientific organisations, helping them navigate the fast‐evolving global landscape.
The Role
We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to work across our portfolio of global and UK integrated healthcare communications and policy accounts. You'll drive stakeholder engagement, shape policy and media conversations, and deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities
- Drafting a range of materials including policy briefings, narratives, press releases, opinion editorials, briefing documents, digital content, outreach letters, stakeholder maps, media lists, and analysis
- Overseeing the delivery of multiple projects and account management for several clients
- Coordinating, managing and undertaking media and policy monitoring and horizon scanning
- Organising and coordinating set‐piece events (i.e. advisory boards, symposia) and running media and digital campaigns
- Helping to devise and deliver proactive and reactive media and digital engagement strategies
- Supporting new business proposals and pitches
- Ensuring the successful day‐to‐day delivery of strategies and tactical plans
- Supporting the growth and development of junior team members
- Effective utilization of AI tools to deliver effective communications and policy programmes
What we're looking for
- Previous account management experience working in healthcare and life sciences ideally within an agency, or otherwise in-house
- Ability to demonstrate experience in the delivery of public affairs/communications campaigns
- Analytical and able to process complex intelligence rapidly, oversee media/policy/political insights and monitoring
- Exhibit knowledge of, and interest in, the healthcare media and policy landscape, with strong understanding of current affairs
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
