With over 370 five-star Google reviews, we’ve built our reputation on trust, care, and local expertise – and we’re looking for an experienced Property Manager & Administrator to help us continue that journey. You’ll be based in our newly renovated office opposite Willesden Green Tube Station, joining a close-knit, friendly team that genuinely enjoys working together.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll take the lead on a varied portfolio of managed properties, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. From coordinating maintenance and inspections to managing renewals, compliance, and client communications, you’ll play a key part in keeping our landlords, tenants, and contractors happy.

Alongside your property management work, you’ll also support the wider Sales and Lettings teams with general office administration — maintaining systems, preparing documentation, managing keys, and helping to keep the office running like clockwork.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, organisation, and genuine client care.

About You

  • Experienced in Property Management or Lettings Administration (2+ years preferred)
  • Strong communicator who can build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Comfortable using CRMs and digital platforms (we use Vebra Alto, Fixflo, Goodlord, and Microsoft Office)
  • Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a car
  • Ideally based within 30–45 minutes of Willesden Green (NW2)
  • An ARLA/Propertymark qualification would be a bonus, but it’s not essential – we’ll support your training and professional growth.

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (no weekends)
  • Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (including car allowance, depending on experience)
