We’re growing at Portland Clinical and we’re looking for exceptional healthcare recruitment professionals to help shape the next phase of our journey. This is not a standard recruitment role. We are looking for proven healthcare talent specialists with strong NHS market knowledge and an established track record of identifying, engaging and onboarding consultant-grade clinicians across acute and community healthcare pathways.

You will play a key role supporting the continued growth of our:

  • Clinical Insourcing Division
  • Community Healthcare Services
  • Mental Health & Neurodivergence Services

The successful candidates will understand the pace, governance and complexity of NHS workforce delivery and will be confident engaging with senior clinicians, NHS stakeholders and operational teams. We are particularly interested in individuals with experience recruiting across:

  • Acute hospital specialties
  • Surgical and medical consultants
  • Community diagnostic and outpatient pathways
  • ADHD and Autism services
  • Mental Health services
  • Specialist nurses and AHPs
  • High-volume NHS mobilisation projects

What we are looking for:

  • Proven healthcare recruitment experience within NHS or independent healthcare
  • Strong clinician network and sourcing capability
  • Experience onboarding consultant-grade clinicians compliantly and efficiently
  • Understanding of NHS compliance, credentialing and governance requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused healthcare organisation
  • Commercial awareness with a solutions-focused mindset
