Portland Clinical is a CQC-registered healthcare provider delivering clinical insourcing, community health, mental health including ADHD services and occupational health solutions across private and NHS systems. We support Trusts and ICBs to reduce waiting lists, expand capacity and improve patient access.
As we scale nationally, we are appointing a Head of Operations to lead multi-site service delivery across a growing contract portfolio.
The Role
- Lead operational performance across NHS contracts
- Mobilise new services at pace
- Own KPIs, RTT performance and quality governance
- Oversee workforce planning and multi-specialty delivery
- Ensure CQC compliance and financial discipline
- Act as senior operational interface with Trusts and ICBs
- Contribute to board reporting and strategic growth
This is a hands-on, system-facing leadership role — not a back-office post.
