Requiring exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach, you will be responsible for maintaining and preparing apartments across our portfolio to the highest standard for our guests. You will support apartment setups, refurbishment works and ongoing maintenance tasks, ensuring our properties are always guest-ready and presented to an exceptional standard.
Responsibilities:- Undertaking decorative works and maintenance tasks across our apartment and commercial portfolio
- Supporting apartment setup days by installing inventory and preparing apartments for guest arrivals
- Testing appliances, fixtures and fittings to ensure everything is functioning correctly and meets our expected standards
- Completing remedial and repair work to maintain apartment quality and presentation
- Supporting apartment refurbishment projects and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Updating apartment and amenity information accurately on our CRM systems
- Taking and uploading apartment photographs to support internal records and guest information
- Changing locks and coordinating replacement keys where required
- Completing fire risk assessments and recording all relevant information accurately
- Taking and recording meter readings during apartment setup and disposal processes
- Attending apartments prior to hand back and carrying out any required remedial works
- Removing and returning company inventory appropriately when apartments leave the portfolio
- Supporting the wider Property Management team with maintenance-related tasks as required
- up to £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
