We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and detail-focused Guest Relations Assistant to join our weekend operations team. In this key role, you’ll be the central point of coordination for our serviced apartment operations at the weekend, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so our guests enjoy a seamless stay. From planning and scheduling to real-time support, you’ll oversee and dispatch tasks to our field team, while maintaining clear communication with both colleagues and guests. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate weekend operations by planning and adjusting schedules, dispatching tasks, and ensuring smooth delivery of services.
  • Act as the central hub of communication, keeping in touch with team members, monitoring progress, and updating departments in real time.
  • Support guest services by managing correspondence, access requests, and arrivals, ensuring every stay runs seamlessly.
  • Oversee key movements and shift handovers, maintaining accurate records and ensuring continuity across the weekend.
  • Collaborate with Property Management and Field teams to resolve issues quickly and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in a coordination, scheduling, or dispatch role (hospitality or operations preferred).
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and adaptable to change.
  • Confident with IT systems and quick to learn new software (CRM experience a plus).
  • A collaborative team player with great attention to detail.
