Being an Arrival Coordinator at Portland Brown means you’re making guests feel at home as soon as they take that first step through the door. From pre-arrival apartment checks to delivering special requests, you'll be playing a pivotal role in giving that truly special guest experience. This role focuses on welcoming guests to the city, giving them a warm introduction to their apartment, and ensuring everything is perfect for their arrival.

You’ll carry out apartment inspections, deliver special requests, address minor maintenance issues, and support guests throughout their stay. No two days are the same, making this a varied and dynamic role where customer service is key.

  • Make sure all arrivals and departure processes are followed at all times.
  • Completing inspections to ensure that our apartments meet our standards.
  • Representing Portland Brown across our apartment locations and acting as a Portland Relationship ambassador to all building concierges.
  • Liaise with the Guest Relations team to arrange all guest special requests, including managing future special requests to ensure items are ready for guests when they arrive.
  • Make sure all guests’ queries, issues or requests are communicated to the relevant people.
  • Reporting any issues at the apartment in a timely manner following internal processes.

Requirements:

  • Highly organised with excellent time management.
  • Desire to work in a mobile role that will take you across London on a daily basis.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Happy to be outdoors in all weather.
  • Available to work weekends as well as weekdays.
  • Deal with small apartment maintenance issues.

Up to £27,000 per annum plus 20% weekend uplift and Zone 1-2 Travelcard payment. 31 days holiday (+1 additional day per year). 5-night stays in Portland’s London apartments. Portland Birthday Perks.
