Job Description
Would you like to be based at the Manchester offices of one of the largest international banks in the world?
We are looking for a Welcome Host (Colleague Support Host) to help the team in place to ensure that this prestigious bank remains a trailblazer for positive visitor experience and service excellence.
The role of the Colleague Support Host is to provide the highest level of client care and personal service to all stakeholders in the Clientsβ business. This involves Reception, welcome services, hosting, and answering queries related to the office space.
Shifts: 40 hours per week, shifts between 7am-5pm, from Mon-Fri
Salary: Β£26,500 per annum
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. They will be proactive, flexible, and have a can-do attitude.
The successful candidate must be able to engage with others to create rapport and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
Previous experience in a customer service role or front of house role is essential.
