Corporate Guest Services Manager based in London Wall, London (with regular travel to Reading & Bristol). Full-time | 40 hours per week (Mon–Fri). Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum + excellent benefits.

The Opportunity: We’re looking for an exceptional Corporate Guest Services Manager to lead the delivery of world-class Front of House and Boardroom services across a prestigious international law firm’s offices in London, Reading, and Bristol. This is a high-profile role where you will act as the heartbeat of the operation creating a seamless, premium workplace experience while leading a talented and dynamic team.

What You’ll Be Doing: As the senior lead for the operation, you will:

  • Lead and inspire the delivery of all Guest Services, including Reception, Boardrooms, and Switchboard.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and become the go-to expert on-site.
  • Create a welcoming, engaging workplace environment that enhances the colleague experience.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a diverse team to deliver consistently exceptional service.
  • Oversee staffing, SOPs, KPIs, SLAs, and audits, ensuring high performance and compliance.
  • Produce monthly reports and act as the key escalation point for senior leadership.
  • Collaborate on projects, workplace initiatives, and service improvements.
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety, security, and employment legislation.
  • Travel regularly to support the Reading and Bristol offices.
