Portico is now hiring for a Senior Welcome Host, based in the Bristol offices of one of the big four auditors! The successful Senior Welcome Host will oversee the Welcome Services in the offices, ensuring five-star customer experience is delivered across our services which include meet & greet, meeting room management, hospitality delivery, and management of the internal practice floors.
We are looking for an inspirational person who has an ability to motivate their team through reward and recognition, and training and development to ensure that the highest standard of client care is delivered to all internal staff, visitors, and our colleagues in other service departments. They will be able to think creatively, be proactive, and empower their team to create a culture of excellence that is focused on delivering an exceptional service. We are looking for someone with a hands-on approach and the drive to create an outstanding client experience within a corporate environment.
Shift pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Salary: £29,000
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have excellent computer & communication skills, a proactive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work with different teams and most of all, a genuine passion for delivering a 5-star service at all times in this high-end corporate environment. The successful candidate must have supervisory experience within a reception operation.
