About the Role Portico is currently recruiting for a Reservations Conference / Events Coordinator to join our team based at a prestigious investment banking client in the City of London. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth coordination of all meeting room bookings and events across the site. Working closely with the Conference Services Supervisor, you will take ownership of the reservations process, ensuring all requests are managed efficiently, accurately, and in line with booking procedures. You will be at the centre of operations, balancing multiple requests, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest standard. What\’s in it for you?
