Portico is currently recruiting for a Reservations and Events Supervisor (Conference Services Supervisor) for our team based at an American multinational investment bank and financial services company located in the City. The investment bank and financial services company are a flagship location for Portico! The team takes pride in being the service partner chosen to deliver intuitive service, with careful planning and faultless standards. They have a can-do, flexible approach and relish the opportunity to keep raising the bar, exceeding expectations at every opportunity.
The successful candidate will work alongside the Reservations and Events Manager to book and coordinate all bookings and events on campus, ensuring that a seamless service is delivered and a professional image is always maintained. This role is highly visible, working closely with the firm’s staff, clients, and other service partners on campus. It is hands-on, with the candidate assisting with all aspects of bookings, while remaining open-minded, adaptable, and flexible in an ever-changing business environment. Attention to detail and pride in delivering excellent service are fundamental to this role.
Shift pattern: 40 hours per week, 8.5 hours daily, covering from 08:00 to 18:30, Monday to Friday. Earlier or later shifts may be required based on event needs.
Salary: £37,128.83 per annum

- Experience overseeing service delivery is essential, preferably within a high-profile business environment.
