Portico is currently looking for a Reception Team Leader to oversee our amazing team of Lobby Hosts based at one of the most impressive multi-occupied buildings in London! This exciting new role is completely different from anything you have seen before and offers a glimpse into the future of front-of-house services. Think of features like smartphone check-in, facial recognition, and speedy access to amenities.

The Lobby Supervisor will supervise a team of Hosts, who set the tone for the first impressions visitors have of our clients’ business. They will work in partnership with the Front of House Manager to establish service excellence within the building. The team’s role is to ensure an exceptional level of customer service is delivered to all visitors and staff using the space and services.

The building's vision is to be the most engaged and responsible workplace through people, technology, and excellence. It aims to enhance wellbeing, embrace inclusion, inspire knowledge, and value the environment. These core elements are essential in delivering the bespoke services expected.

Working hours are 40 hours per week with shifts between 7am – 7pm, Monday – Friday. Salary: £36,750.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, great attention to detail, and a passion for delivering impeccable service. You should possess strong supervisory skills and have previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a reception environment. A positive attitude, hardworking nature, and passion for customer service are essential.
