The team takes pride in being the service partner selected to deliver front‑of‑house services, and have a special can‑do, flexible approach, relishing the opportunity to keep raising the bar, exceeding expectations at every chance they get. Daily, the Reception Supervisor will get to know the client’s vision of exceeding expectations through intuitive service, careful planning, and faultless standards. Team motivation, pride and engagement are essential to exceeding our client’s expectations, and the Supervisor plays a huge part in ensuring all these things are present.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 8 – 5 pm
Salary: £30,784
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- They will be proactive, flexible and have a can‑do attitude, with the ability to set the example, supervise and promote change.
- The successful candidate must be able to engage with others to create rapport and be able to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
