The Role
Portico is recruiting for a Receptionist / Client Support Executive to join our team across the UK. This opportunity is open to candidates at all levels, from those starting their career in reception through to experienced client support team members looking for their next step. You will play a key role in delivering a first-class client and guest experience, acting as the face of the business and ensuring every interaction is professional, seamless and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional and engaging welcome to all visitors and guests
- Manage front of house operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and support onsite meetings and events
- Respond to queries via email, phone and internal systems
- Support the wider team with administrative and operational tasks

About You
We’re looking for individuals who are naturally personable, organised and passionate about delivering excellent service. Experience within reception, front of house, hospitality or customer service is required. A background in corporate reception or 4/5-star hospitality is highly desirable.
