Portico are currently on the lookout for a Meetings and Events Coordinator for our team based with a world-renowned insurance company in the City. The main purpose of the Meetings and Events Coordinator will be to oversee the booking, forecasting and logistics of events and large meetings across the firm's London and Ipswich offices, for both internal and external stakeholders. Ultimately, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and seamless experience that reflects the company’s standards of service and operational excellence.
To do this, they will need to liaise with all parties involved in the events, as well as providing any necessary assistance to other areas of our front of house operation, and other services partners working in the space.
Hours: 40 hours per week, with shifts between 7am-5pm, from Monday-Friday, as per business needs.
Salary: £36,420 per annum
The successful candidate will work effectively on their own, as well as in a team, and their approach will be consistently positive, caring, and engaging, always aspiring to be the best at what they do. Experience within a similar role, coordinating events within a corporate environment is essential. Experience of using Trimble/Manhattan systems is highly desirable.
