Our client, a world-renowned law firm based close to Moorgate Station, is embarking on an exciting journey to a brand-new workplace, and we’re looking for a dynamic Events Assistant to co‑ordinate the events at the new office. The Events Assistant will join our team based onsite with the firm, organising all the in‑house events across a dedicated events floor, alongside other areas in the new building.

Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 7am‑7pm from Mon‑Fri

Salary: £35,350 per annum

Qualifications: We’re looking for a relatable, personable candidate with a strong customer‑first mindset and proven experience in an events role. They will be confident to manage their own time, prioritising tasks and handling queries with professionalism and empathy. An understanding of working in a law firm is advantageous.
