Portico are currently on the lookout for a Corporate Concierge to join our team based at the corporate offices of a large multi-national bank in Charing Cross. The Concierge team members leave all guests and colleagues with a positive and lasting impression of the bank as the market leader in visitor experience and service excellence. Their key function is to ensure that the highest level of customer care and personal service is provided to all stakeholders including employees, colleagues, visitors, event delegates and VIPs.
Working Hours: 35 hours per week, 7 hour shifts between 12pm-7pm, Mon-Fri
Salary: £28,665 per annum
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. They will be proactive, flexible and have a can-do attitude. The successful candidate must be able to engage with others to create rapport and handle multiple requests simultaneously. Previous experience in a customer service role or concierge role is essential.
