Portico are currently recruiting for an Executive Receptionist (Client Support Executive), based at the Central London offices of one of the largest law firms in the world. As a Client Support Executive, you will work across all areas of the Client Support. From providing a friendly welcome at reception to all visitors and guests, to assisting in booking and facilitating onsite meetings and events. You will also get involved with other ad-hoc daily tasks and requests via email, phone and the service desk app.
Hours: 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts between 7am-7pm Mon-Fri
Salary: Β£31,200
Applicants must have a bubbly personality and excellent people skills, giving them the ability to build long lasting relationships. They will have the ability to work well under pressure, as well as the ability to multi-task and manage their day effectively to balance the needs of visiting guests with room bookings and events management. Experience of delivering 5-star service within a busy corporate or hotel environment is essential. Experience in a client services role and previous experience in a law firm would be advantageous.
