Salary: Competitive Salary Package

Hours: Monday to Fridays from 8:45am to 6pm. Please note, that you will be required to work alternate Saturdays from 10am - 2pm.

Driving Licence: You must have a full UK Driving Licence & access to your own car.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities: This is a great opportunity for an established estate agent who is looking for career progression and who perhaps wants to step into their first management appointment in residential sales. The ideal candidate will be extremely motivated, and career driven with experience in the current property sales market, preferably in the Greater London area.

  • Appraisal and instruction of Residential Sales properties.
  • Winning and developing new business.
  • Register, qualify and manage applicants.
  • Arrange and conduct viewing appointments and secure property sales.
  • Accountable quality of customer care.
  • Meet and exceed targets for sales business.
  • Identify other potential business opportunities and ensure referral to the appropriate division.
  • To work in accordance with all legal obligations without exception.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of available properties.
  • To implement effective canvassing and marketing strategies.
  • Develop the core business in the branch.
  • Assist with training of new staff.

Skills required:

  • At least 2 years’ experience as a residential sales agent and a proven track record in securing new business.
  • Listing & valuation experience.
  • Excellent sales ability.
  • High level of customer service skills.
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
  • The ability to negotiate.
  • Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed.
  • Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Be responsive to change.
