Our lobby needs a bold, energetic human to bring our unique culture to life.

The role involves:

  • Providing exceptional, personalised service to occupants and visitors without being tied to a reception desk or a chair.
  • Anticipating occupiers’ needs as if they could read their minds and adapting on the fly to varied styles.
  • Using customer‑service super‑powers to make the lobby a better, more engaging place.
  • Multi‑tasking as if you could be in different places at the same time.

Shift: Tuesday – Thursday, 7 am – 2 pm on rotation – No weekends.

Salary: ÂŁ17,319.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a 5* customer service environment, retail, hospitality, or ex cabin crew preferred but not essential.
