Portico has an amazing new opportunity available as a Guest Services Ambassador, who will be a part of our team based at a magic circle law firm in the city. This is a dynamic and multifaceted role that combines tasks across reception, events, and switchboard functions. The Guest Services Ambassador will need to remain agile and flexible to cover the needs of the role, whilst ensuring that the high standards of service are consistently maintained, ensuring that all client interactions are handled efficiently and professionally.
Hours: 40 hours per week, with shifts usually falling between 7am-7pm from Monday to Friday. There are occasional weekend shifts required based on operational needs.
Salary: £32,000
Qualifications: The successful candidate will be capable of delivering 5* customer service and building excellent working relationships with the internal client team. They will be proactive, organised, have excellent communication skills and demonstrate a genuine passion for people. They will have prior customer service experience, be familiar with room reservations processes and possess strong problem-solving capabilities.
